Instructions for Hosting a Donation Drive for Marcy's Project

We’re thrilled you’re considering hosting a donation drive to benefit Marcy’s Project! Your efforts make a meaningful difference in the lives of families in need. Follow these simple steps to get started:

  1. Know About Your Drive

    We love hearing about the incredible ways our community supports Marcy’s Project! Fill out this form to let us know about your plans so we can cheer you on and offer support.

  2. Decide What to Collect

    Choose the items you’d like to collect. Some businesses or groups focus on specific items, while others prefer a general collection. Popular items include:

    Personal hygiene products

    Diapers/Pull Ups

    Clothing

    Toys (all ages)

    Cleaning supplies

  3. Choose Your Collection Method

    Pick a method that works best for your team:

    Place a large bin or box in a central, public area where people can drop off donations.

    Organize a drive where your team collects donations from local neighborhoods or businesses.

  4. Spread the Word

    Get the word out about your drive! Use promotional materials (found below), share your efforts on social media, and encourage others to participate. We’d love to feature your efforts, so tag us in your posts!

  5. Drop Off Your Donations

    When your drive is complete, schedule a drop-off time with our team by contacting marcysproject@gmail.com or (636) 697-3525. We’ll arrange for someone to greet you, receive your donations, and take a group photo (if you’d like one)!

Donations can also be dropped off at 1241 Jungermann Rd during our donation hours:

Saturday: 9 AM - 12 PM
